Your Privacy Choices

Inky, a brand operated by Total Ventures LLC, respects your privacy and gives you control over your personal information. This page explains your rights and how to exercise them. These rights are separate from, and in addition to, your Apple App Tracking choice.

1. Your Privacy Rights

Right to access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, including account information, story data, and usage information.
Right to delete: request that we permanently delete your account, stories, and associated data.
Right to correct: update or correct your personal information at any time in app settings or by contacting us.
Right to opt out: Inky does not sell or share your personal information and does not use your data for targeted advertising, so no opt-out mechanism is required; we honor the Global Privacy Control signal regardless.

2. How to Exercise Your Rights

In the app: delete your account at Settings → Account → Delete Account, and view legal documents at Settings → Legal. By email: contact legal@inkyverse.io with the subject "Privacy Request" and the account email address plus a description of your request. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

3. State-Specific Rights

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; because Inky does not sell or share personal information, no opt-out of sale is required. Residents of other states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others) may have similar rights, which we honor regardless of location. 4. Data We Collect

In summary, we collect account information (email address, user ID), user content (stories, images, profiles), and usage and diagnostic data for analytics and app functionality. For the complete description, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

Firebase (Google) — authentication, data storage, and analytics.
RevenueCat — management of in-app purchases.
